IMPORTANT: Our emergency reporting service is not a substitute for local emergency services.

NiDRes emergency reporting is for consular assistance, coordination, and follow-up support only.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
