• Emergency reporting and response coordination
• Consular assistance and support services
• Real-time chat support with government officials
• Access to Nigerian embassy and consulate information
• Investment opportunities and business support resources
• Community forums and networking opportunities

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

NiDRes emergency reporting is for consular assistance, coordination, and follow-up support only.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.

NiDRes and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Nigerian courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as agreed by both parties.
